Since how long I didn't start running or jogging? hmmm let me think...1yr? 6months? Well around there...sighhhh...Tummy getting fatter! Tamade...cos of work that make me shack out...Of cos I can't keep giving excuses.. Just hope to have some kakis who like running so running alone won't feel so bored...hee
