Yup this afternoon I went for a swim & ya not to forget yesterday too! Yesterday I swam at bishan swiiming complex, well the place is quite sucks cos adult pool is small & furthermore quite a lot of people went there to swim so next time I won't be going la! Well for today, I went by myself during the late afternoon as sun is going to set. Guess what sooner or later if I countine to train everyday I would be damn fit! And not to forget today I break my own personal record..

Breast Stroke 1km
Free Style 700m lastly due to fatigue so no strength to swim haha...

But...if i countine this way I will click 2km! Wahahaha...

Well tomorrow I will still be going to swim with my colleagues after work..so c ya guys...
